We are seeking a Commercial Lines Specialist to play a key role in managing and growing our commercial insurance portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and manage a diverse portfolio of existing insurance clients
* Prepare and issue renewal documents, ensuring seamless transitions for clients
* Identify and develop strategies to mitigate risks, leveraging expertise in products and services
* Proactively seek opportunities to expand business and drive revenue growth
* Contribute to the development and implementation of client retention and growth initiatives
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver expert advice and assistance on claims as they arise
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of commercial insurance, including areas such as Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability, and Cyber. A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial broking insurance is required, along with a CIP qualification or relevant certification.
