Cavan Autoparc is the Main Ford Dealer for Cavan, Monaghan Longford and Leitrim.We currently have a vacancy for a Ford Sales Executive to join our dedicated and ambitious team.The successful candidate will have at least one year of sales experience and a proven track record preferable in the motor retail sectorAs a Sales Executive at Cavan Autoparc, you will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring the customer receives an unparalleled level of service throughout the sales process.Responsibilities:Reporting to the Dealer Principal.Meeting and exceeding new & used sales targets.Achieving maximum profitability on sales by selling new and pre-owned Ford cars and promoting finance, insurance, and auxiliary products.Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including commercial vehicle sales, marketing, after-sales, senior management and finance.Continuous training of industry developments, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences.Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met, if not exceeded.Ability to build and develop a robust product knowledge of the Ford brand whilst keeping up to date with changes or amendments to the current product line-up.SkillsPrevious sales experience in the motor industry is essential.Be proactive, target orientated.Excel at understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail.Possess good administration and IT skills.Work well as part of a team.Smart, professional appearance.Hold a full, valid, and current driving license.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €30,000.00-€65,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company carCompany pensionEmployee discountOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
