Seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support all aspects of the Human Resources function in a fast-paced retail environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, administrative duties such as answering phone calls and preparing documents, providing administrative support during the recruitment process, managing operational HR administration, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and system administration for time and attendance.


Requirements

* 1-3 years HR experience required
* Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel and Word
* Positive engaging attitude

The ideal candidate will be proactive, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive personal data. They will also be adaptable to change and have strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
