Our client is an Irish-owned provider of accounting, tax, and payroll services, supporting freelancers, contractors, and self-employed professionals. They guide contractors and the agencies that engage them through every stage of the self-employed journey.
As part of the Solutions Team, you'll support company growth through relationship building and excellent customer service. You'll split your time between inbound sales and outbound relationship management. As the first point of contact for new clients, you'll provide clear, friendly advice and explain our services in a way that highlights the value we offer.
What do my daily responsibilities look like?
* Respond to inbound enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
* Provide clear, friendly advice and support to prospective clients
* Explain our services and demonstrate the value of working with us
* Manage outbound relationship-building activities with potential clients
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities
* Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
* Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment and talent partners
* Support planning and delivery of promotional activities and campaigns
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities
* Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs
* Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer experience
What previous experience is required?
* Previous business development or sales experience, ideally in a target-driven environment
* Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and KPIs
* Experience using a CRM system or other sales tools (desirable)
* Strong customer-facing experience, either over the phone or face-to-face
* Comfortable speaking with clients, building rapport, and attending events
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Positive, energetic, and confident approach
* Proactive, driven, and a strong team player
* Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help and deliver excellent service
