Agile Delivery Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Agile Delivery Specialist to support multiple teams within our Irish technology division.
You will drive successful delivery, foster collaboration, and help teams consistently deliver high-quality results in a hybrid role with an excellent daily rate.
* Lead core Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
* Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization.
* Remove blockers and champion continuous improvement.
* Coach teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and best practices.
* Foster transparency, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
Key Skills & Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Proven facilitation and coaching skills across cross-functional teams.
Experience using Jira and Confluence.
Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe) preferred.
Additional Information
