INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for: Job Title Document Controller & System Administrator Project Commercial & Residential Job Location Dublin City Centre Salary €45K - €50K + BOE About the Company Working with a Contractor in Dublin with nearly 30 years experience delivering a variety of projects across Dublin. This is a new role within the company to assist with multiple new projects coming throughout the course of the year and into next. Successful candidate will play an instrumental part in supporting the commercial team, operational team, tendering teams, site logistics and project delivery teams across the company. Office based role 8am 4:30pm Monday to Friday. The Role Partake in administration and office management duties. Liaise with the design team, clients, site staff and Senior Management. Monitor updates to drawings and ensure all stakeholders have the latest/ correct versions. Ensure that paper copies of drawings, correspondences and plans etc. in the site office are all up to date. Support Senior Management in the compilation of all documents required for ISO accreditation and ensure procedures are followed by all company personnel by carrying out and assisting with annual audits. Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in a document controller or senior administrator role (ideally with a Main Contractor in ROI) Proficient in Microsft Suite including One Drive, Sharepoint, Excel and Outlook.
