* Support and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar culinary role.
* Strong culinary skills and creativity.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.
* HACCP knowledge and relevant culinary qualifications preferred.
