Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced bar management professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bar. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has strong leadership and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales goals
* Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships to optimize profitability
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations to maintain a safe and secure work environment
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues swiftly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction
* Step into the Manager role when needed to provide leadership and guidance
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and inspire staff
* Possession of relevant qualifications such as WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) or similar to demonstrate expertise in bartending and mixology
* Solid understanding of bar operations, including drink preparation, presentation, and pricing strategies
