Seadec are leading national distributor of a select range of internal doors and mouldings based in Ferbane Co. Offaly. The business has grown significantly in recent years and there are further plans to expand the business. Our products are sold primarily to builder's providers, specialist door retailers and joinery's across the country.
Seadec are part of Whiteriver Group who distribute Laminate flooring, Engineered flooring and composite decking/cladding products across Ireland & UK.
We are expanding our team by creating a new Customer Service & Purchasing Support position. This is a varied role working with both our Customer Service & Purchasing teams.
The successful candidate will have good telephone communication skills dealing with customers and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and good numerical ability. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially the use of MS Excel spreadsheets with pivot tables and experience with an ERP system will be advantageous.
Responsibilities will include:
Customer Service:
Customer returns & credits – dealing directly with customers.
Manage delivery manifests and dispatch paperwork.
Customer collections.
Purchasing:
Manage open purchase orders and shipping schedules.
Manage stock accuracy across all warehouses.
Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Management of product database within Seadec.
Analyse and resolve supplier issues and discrepancies
Requirements:· A diploma or degree in a business-related discipline an advantage.· Experience of working in data administration environment.· Strong attention to detail to ensure line level accuracy.· Strong analytics with database and data manipulation capability.· Excellent knowledge and working experience with MS Excel including use of pivot tables.· SAP or other ERP system experience highly desirable.· Flexible and pro-active attitude with a desire for excellence. · Good interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
Location: Ferbane, Co. Offaly.R42 EF83 This is an office-based role, five day week.
