**Job Title:** Construction Plant Manager
Job Description:
The role of the Construction Plant Manager is a critical one, as it involves overseeing the efficient management of all plant and equipment resources across various projects. This includes ensuring effective delivery, utilisation, and commercial oversight of these assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Department & Operational Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of the Plant Department, including conducting department meetings and preparing regular operational reports.
* Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and supplier performance to enhance efficiency.
Site Logistics & Project Mobilisation:
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing tower cranes, site accommodation, surveying instruments telehandlers and associated plant for project mobilisation/demobilisation; coordinating delivery installation commissioning removal assess/planning project-specific plant requirements with Site Management.
