Event Services Assistant
We are seeking a skilled Event Services Assistant to work in our Corporate Catering units in Co Waterford Region.
* 6+ months experience in catering/kitchen environment
* Strong team player with excellent presentation skills
* Experience in food preparation, salad bar setup, and counter displays
* Barista skills an advantage
* Ability to adapt to new environments
* Experience with cash handling and operating a till
Duties include setting up for Breakfast and Lunch, working with management, food preparation, following HACCP procedures, daily cleaning, and ensuring food hygiene and health and safety regulations are met.
