Lead a mission-critical, enterprise-scale data function that sits at the center of Ireland's pharmacy ecosystem, shaping how a market-leading healthcare technology provider uses data to drive commercial performance, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making across the business.
Work hands-on with a modern Microsoft Fabric and Power BI cloud data stack, designing and scaling end-to-end analytics solutions that transform complex pharmacy and healthcare data into real-time, actionable insights for both internal teams and external customers.
Own and define the enterprise data, KPI, and governance framework, ensuring a single source of truth across the organization while improving data quality, consistency, security (ISO*****), and alignment of performance metrics across all business functions.

What You'll Do
Lead how the company uses data by setting the direction for reporting, KPIs, and analytics so leaders can clearly understand how the business is performing and where to improve.
Build and manage dashboards and reporting systems that turn raw data into simple, real-time insights on sales, operations, and overall business performance.
Make sure the data platform is reliable, secure, and well-structured so teams across the business can trust the numbers and make better, faster decisions.
