A Key Position in Our Culinary Team
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Executive Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the smooth operation of the kitchen.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and training junior chefs under your direct supervision
* Ensuring the highest levels of food quality and consistency
* Involvement in menu planning for dishes
* Food ordering for the section and stock counting
* Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene procedures
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent position
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Flexibility and a positive attitude
* Ability to work as part of a team
