Payroll Operations Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Operations Specialist to assist in the processing of payroll for multiple locations.
Main Responsibilities
* Verify and reconcile payroll data including timesheets, salary changes, leave, benefit deductions and statutory payments etc.
* Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual payroll reporting to Finance and HR departments.
* Keep informed of changes in payroll legislation, tax, PRSI, USC, pension, and BIK regulations.
* Support continuous improvements in the centralisation and streamlining of payroll processes across the business.
* Supervise and support site-based and central payroll staff in the day-to-day execution of their duties.
