Create and manage client records and files within our systems, ensuring relevant
communications and data entries are recorded correctly.
● Taking ownership and accountability for ensuring client files, which you are working on, are complete with accurate up-to-date information and compliant paperwork.
● Prepare files and meeting packs for adviser's meetings with clients.
● Produce financial reports and annual review packs for clients and advisers, ensuring accuracy of information contained.
● Prepare and submit applications for pensions and investment products on behalf of clients, ensuring complete and compliant paperwork.
● Obtain required Anti-Money laundering documentation, complying with relevant legislation.
● Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook,
Excel, to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain, records, spreadsheets
and databases.
● Ensure all administrative tasks allocated are completed correctly and within agreed
timelines.
