We are seeking a highly skilled Wedding and Events Coordinator to join our team in this exciting opportunity.
About the Role:
This is an exceptional chance to work as a key member of our events team, coordinating all aspects of weddings and other events.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for all wedding and event inquiries, from initial engagement to post-event follow-up.
* Host venue show-arounds and client consultations, providing tailored advice and recommendations to meet their specific needs.
* Draft comprehensive event proposals, contracts, and function sheets that reflect our hotel's commitment to excellence.
* Work closely with our hotel teams, including Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Front Office, to coordinate event logistics and ensure seamless execution.
* Ensure every event meets or exceeds client expectations and reflects our hotel's dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a wedding, events, or sales coordination role within a hotel or venue setting is essential.
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, client-focused approach.
* High attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work to deadlines.
* Competent with Microsoft Office and event/CRM systems.
