Role
Lead backend + AI engineering with full ownership of features.
Work with LLMs, agentic systems, telephony, and messaging integrations.
Shape the technical direction in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
Requirements
5+ years experience
Solid experience with AI/LLM systems.
Proactive, clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity.
Experience in a product-led tech company.
