Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to various functions within one team, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Health & Wellbeing.
* Support programme development and delivery, including health promotion and occupational health.
* Perform administrative tasks and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
* Collaborate with skilled teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Pursuing or holding a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in relevant disciplines (e.g., Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Business Administration).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, MS Teams).
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
