The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring timely handling of stock, and preparation of storage areas. This includes coordinating goods-in processes, such as unloading, put-away, and inter-branch transfers (IBTs). Additionally, you will manage container deliveries, ensuring timely and safe unloading.

* Plan and coordinate daily workloads, delivery schedules, and truck loading/unloading.
* Manage rotas to ensure adequate staffing and efficient workflow.
* Prioritise and delegate tasks to meet operational deadlines.

* Manage team absences and holidays to minimise disruption.
* Conduct risk assessments and enforce adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent planning, organisational, and delegation skills.
* Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

* Proficient with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Good understanding of health & safety and regulatory compliance.
* Forklift licence (desirable, but not essential).
