Job Description
Murphy is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to cover a maternity leave for 9 months. This role will be based in Newbridge, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
* Provide on the ground support to the Irish HR team
* Partner with BU senior leadership and operational projects to deliver people strategy
* Closely work with Managing Director, Operational Directors and Functional leads to increase capability within teams
* Create consistency of people practices across Ireland BU aligning with Murphy Values and Group People Strategy
* Involvement in infrastructure bid work as a proactive member of bid teams

The ideal candidate should have previous experience at Senior HRBP level and comfortable handling both hands-on operational involvement as well as strategy delivery. Must also possess experience managing a HR team, particularly those working within an organisation having large weekly paid workforce. Additionally, proven ability to manage union relations is necessary for this position.
