SAP S/4HANA Sales & ATP AMS Functional Consultant (SD / ATP / aATP):

Durations: 6 months (renewable)

Location: Hybrid, onsite in Dublin, Ireland
Preference is for part time resources 3-4 days/week
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Sales & ATP AMS Functional Consultant to provide post go-live application management and functional support for an Ireland-based enterprise SAP S/4HANA Sales landscape.
This role is focused on production support, stabilization, and continuous improvement across S/4 HANA SD and ATP/aATP, ensuring reliable order fulfillment, accurate availability confirmation, and minimal business disruption in a live environment.
Key Responsibilities:
AMS & Post Go-Live Support
Provide L2/L3 AMS functional support for SAP S/4HANA Sales (SD)
Manage and resolve production incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs
Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes
Support post go-live stabilization and hypercare activities
S/4HANA Sales & ATP Support
Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in S/4HANA
Provide functional support for ATP / Advanced ATP (aATP)
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of SAP Sales (SD) functional experience
Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Sales AMS or post go-live support experience
Strong expertise in ATP / Advanced ATP (aATP)
Experience supporting live production O2C environments
Strong troubleshooting skills across availability, confirmations, and fulfillment flows
Experience supporting UK & Ireland sales operations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
