Job Title – Project Manager
Project – Health Care Facility €14M
Job Location – South Dublin
Salary – €70,000 - €80,000
About the Company
This would be a full-time permanent role based in Dublin with a well-established company working in both Public and Private Sectors on commercial projects and residential developments.
The Role
* Manage coordination of projects, to meet programme and timely delivery of all project phases.
* Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.
* Develop project plans, scope summaries, business plans and cost control systems
* Complete any relevant paperwork using CAD, MS Office and Project.
* Ensure the general site, compound and boundaries are set up and maintained in good condition throughout the project.
Requirements
* 10 years of experience in construction.
* Proven Experience as a Project Manager & Finishing Foreman on building projects.
* Can manage a project from beginning to end.
* Good Health and Safety competency.
