Drive the shop's commercial performance to meet and exceed targets
Manage shop operations including cash handling, rotas, and reporting
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
Create a welcoming, engaging, and safe environment for both customers and staff
Recruit, train and develop talent within your teamWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer-focused managerial role
Strong leadership skills and a passion for people development
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Commercial awareness and confidence with KPIs and performance metrics
A hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to lead from the frontWhat's On Offer:
