We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team.
As a member of our L&D team, you will work closely with colleagues in retail stores and regional teams to design and implement people development plans.
Key responsibilities include providing training and advice to store managers and staff, coordinating customer service training, and supporting the rollout of our digital learning platform.
Additionally, you will assess service levels and provide performance reporting for your region.
Other key tasks include facilitating workshops, advising on career development and employee engagement, and working on various HR projects.
A strong background in coaching and facilitation is essential, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Previous experience in a training-related role and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite are also desirable.
