Duties
Providing personal care, toileting, meal preparation, moving and transferring
Alzheimer's, Dementia, and high-dependency care
Medication prompting and light housework/basic shopping
Companionship and encouraging independence
Following individual Care Plans
Reporting and documentation
Promoting independence and positive client relationships
Adhering to confidentiality and Health & Safety policies
Requirements
QQI Care Skills & Care of the Older Person, or minimum 1 year's healthcare experience
Full driver's licence & own transport
Reliable, caring, and professional
Good English (spoken & written)
Eligible to work in Ireland
International Police Clearance (if applicable)
Medical fitness certificate
