Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, distributors, and industry stakeholders across diverse geographies.

Represent the company at high-profile industry events, trade shows, and conferences, positioning the brand as a leader in bespoke bioprocessing solutions.

Work closely with in-house engineering teams to design and present tailored, value-added solutions that meet complex client needs.

Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely reporting, and tracking of performance metrics to maximise conversion and profitability.

Key Qualifications:

* 6+ years in B2B sales or business development in engineering or technical services.

* Experience in bioprocessing is highly desirable.

* Experience in biotech, life sciences, or pharma manufacturing is a strong plus.

* Proven success in EMEA markets.

* Excellent consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills.

* Comfortable with regular travel to other countries.

* Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
