Data integrity is paramount, and your work is critical to ensuring quality weekly and monthly data is delivered to our clients on time. This involves identifying, investigating, and resolving data quality issues. You will work as part of a wider team conducting quality and validation checks on our data prior to client delivery.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and troubleshoot trends in data efficiently and promptly.Address client queries received through our Operations Client Services team and external parties.Develop strong working relationships with international colleagues across multiple functions.Drive process improvements by identifying and implementing changes to enhance quality and efficiency.Ensure root causes of issues are identified and create preventative measures to mitigate future risks.Collaborate with the Manager on projects and technical issues beyond daily activities.Engage with team members and stakeholders to address challenges and suggest process improvements.RequirementsComfortable working under tight deadlines and adaptable to unexpected challenges, including occasional extended hours.Highly organized, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Enthusiastic about learning technical processes.Effective communicator with a collaborative approach.Self-directed, capable of working independently, troubleshooting, and resolving issues, preferably with experience across time zones.Proactive in identifying issues and taking appropriate action.Ambitious to perform well and help others improve.Strong sense of ownership and accountability.Relevant college degree related to data analytics or similar field.Work experience demonstrating collaboration, flexibility, and knowledge, including retail environment experience.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.Circana BehavioursWe value behaviours that drive our culture:Stay CuriousSeek ClarityOwn the OutcomeCentre on the ClientBe a ChallengerChampion InclusivityCommit to each otherLocationThis position can be based in Ireland, Athlone.Prospective candidates may be asked to consent to background checks in accordance with local legislation and our privacy notice.
