The Ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience as a Chef de Partie.
* Recognised qualification and experience of managing and implementing a HACCP system.
* Display excellence in food preparation and service.
* Experience of menu design and implementation and food costings.
* Be standards driven.
* Driven and enthusiastic to achieve excellence.
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
* Honest, reliable, flexible, and hardworking.
