I am working with a large Education Team in County Down to recruit 3 specialist lecturers in an exciting period of growth.

During this period of growth in the area, our client requires specialist lecturers in the following areas: Post 1: Fabrication and Welding.
Post 2: CAD/CAM.
Post 3: Mechanical Design.
The Role: Deliver and promote teaching and training across programmes up to Level 5 qualifications, while fulfilling class tutor responsibilities including pastoral and administrative duties.
Liaise with industry, employers, awarding bodies and collaborative groups to develop and align courses with workforce and stakeholder needs.
Develop and implement appropriate digital learning resources, encouraging the use of library and resource centres to enhance teaching and learning.
Review and evaluate the quality of provision in line with internal quality review systems and awarding body standards to ensure continuous improvement.
Participate in and deliver staff development and training to maintain and enhance professional knowledge, skills and competence.
Contribute to curriculum development, coordination of study programmes, organisation of educational visits, and mentoring of students for competitions.
Support marketing, recruitment and induction activities, attend and lead team meetings, and complete all required administrative duties.
The Person: Hold GCSE Maths and English at a Grade C or above.
A Degree in a relevant Engineering Degree and previous industrial experience.
Microsoft office experience.
