Job Description
This is an exciting part-time role within a company planning for future growth. The position would be ideal for a candidate who enjoys variety in their role and is looking to progress their career by gaining experience across multiple different sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
* Daily management and recording of accounts payable & receivable
* Reconciliation of supplier & customer statements
* Debtor/creditor management
* Maintaining Cost Control systems
* Maintaining accurate financial records and filing. Meeting deadlines.
* Following company procedures and controls
* Responding to client/ colleague/ customer queries
* Assisting other departments within the company with new projects and administration support.
* General day to day office administration- Answering client phone calls etc
The suitable candidate will have:
* 3rd level qualification in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance/Real Estate
* Accounting/Financial/Administration: 2 years (preferred)
* 2+ years industry experience in Ireland (preferred)
* Experience working with Sage and Intacct software
* Strong computer skills and analytical thinking are required for the role.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and develop accounting knowledge
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work on their own initiative
