Network Administrator Position
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Network Administrator. This position will be responsible for coordinating training activities, managing marketing efforts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and distribute marketing materials for courses via various channels.
* Coordinate training bookings and data entry for courses.
* Manage the online activity management system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Communicate regularly with universities, trainers, trainees, and member companies to arrange courses and bookings.
* Track costs associated with all courses to ensure competitive pricing and best value.
* Assist with procurement preparations and monthly financial reporting.
* Support applications for funding for future training development programs.
* Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to work independently or in a team, with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and inspire confidence.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite.
