Our client, operating in the waste sector are seeking a candidate with a strong background in warehousing or operations at their facility in D12.
Role:
* Management of driver and helper colleagues
* Performance Management of driver and helper colleagues
* Absence Management
* Induction and Training for new colleagues
* Driver and Helper colleague engagement
* Accident Reporting and Investigation
* Recruitment of driver and helper colleagues
* Mandatory ongoing training of all colleagues
* Health and Safety requirements and initiatives
* PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Management
* Outbound waste loads Management
* Key Performance and Metric recording and recommendations
* Departmental Initiatives and Projects
* Fiscal Budget Management and Preparation
Requirements:
* 10+ years in transport, logistics, or fleet operations, including supervisory or management roles.
* Proven experience managing HGV fleets, drivers, compliance, and scheduling.
* Strong background in transport regulations, tachograph management, working time directives, and vehicle maintenance compliance
* Experience with KPI management, performance reporting, and cost control.
