We are looking for an experienced Retail Support Executive to join our busy team supporting our network of 28 Chocolate Cafes. Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail support position and a desire to develop a career within a highly rewarding retail environment. The role involves supporting our network of Butlers Chocolate Cafes with coordination, administration, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative and Operational Support:
· Provide administrative support to the retail function with a strong focus on attention to detail.
· Handle daily operational/maintenance queries from cafes to ensure speedy resolution and minimize disruption.
· Assist with all operational aspects of current café operations and any new site openings.
Stock and Supplier Management:
· Efficiently coordinate the ordering process for all café chocolate orders and collaborate with the dispatch team for delivery.
· Maintain an accurate and efficient stock management process for café units.
· Work with the retail team to maintain supplier agreements and associated documentation.
Sales and Reporting:
· Support current and new sales initiatives across the retail business to ensure their success.
· Process and provide weekly/monthly reports for the management team.
EPOS System Management:
· Assist with the retail EPOS system, including adding new products, implementing price changes, and coordinating with the EPOS supplier.
Product Launch Support:
· Provide support regarding the launch of products and ensure a smooth implementation.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· A third-level qualification in a business/ retail service or a related discipline.
· 2 years of experience in a retail/hospitality/administration role.
· Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Excellent interpersonal skills and an effective communicator.
· Flexibility in working hours when required.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Excellent multitasking skills & problem-solving skills, critical thinker.
· Results-oriented individual with a passion for chocolate, coffee or ideally both.
