Your Impact
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, vendor, and partnership contracts.
* Advise sales, business development, and product teams on contract structures, risk allocation, and compliance matters.
* Provide legal guidance on go‑to‑market initiatives and product launches in regulated technology environments.
* Support the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, playbooks, and scalable legal processes.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams – including finance, compliance, and operations – to streamline deal execution and mitigate risk.
* Stay current on evolving regulations impacting digital assets, financial services, and technology transactions.
Role Requirements
* Qualification from an accredited law school.
* 4–7 years of experience in commercial or technology transactions, ideally combining both law firm and in‑house experience.
* Solid understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and evolving Web3 regulatory frameworks.
* Demonstrated ability to independently negotiate, draft, and close complex commercial agreements.
* Strong business judgment with a pragmatic approach to balancing legal risk and operational efficiency in a fast‑scaling organization.
* Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
* Comfortable working cross‑functionally with global teams across multiple time zones.
