Job Title:
Business Banking Manager

Overview:
As a Business Banking Manager, you will be responsible for originating, assessing, and delivering banking products and services to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). You will focus on business lending and work closely with your Senior Manager and Head of Business Banking to develop a business strategy for a sector. This includes engaging with external sector partners and representing the bank in the SME market.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Originate, advise, and manage a portfolio of Business customers
2. Provide proactive and reactive service to ensure customers meet their financial arrangements in line with their financial goals
3. Achieve result-orientated business targets, including well-managed and sustainable loan growth
4. Engage and represent the bank across the SME community in your assigned territory
5. Identify, evaluate, and recommend profitable lending opportunities

Requirements:
1. Fully qualified Financial Advisor
2. Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline
3. Proven track record of business origination and relationship management
4. Strong customer engagement, information gathering, and needs analysis skills
5. Ability to align customer needs with suitable products and services
6. Knowledge of credit risk assessment, including the use of rating and risk pricing models
