This is a hybrid role responsible for improving IT resilience and continuity testing, associated runbook tooling, and ITSC test automation.
We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute to our process, implementing service standards, providing assurance through testing, and planning for the future.
Key Responsibilities
* Align our process with business needs, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams.
* Implement service standards to ensure critical services deliver value to customers.
* Provide assurance through testing, verifying the capability of critical services to recover within agreed timelines.
* Plan for the future, focusing on ensuring we meet our IT Service Continuity Management Test commitments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent understanding of IT Continuity concepts and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and tolerance levels of IT Services.
* Good technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure and industry standard infrastructure hardware, tools, and software.
* Demonstrable experience delivering results through cross-team collaboration.
* Liaise confidently with all levels of staff, including Senior Management, with ability to self-motivate and work under own initiative to effectively diagnose and solve problems.
