About our Aftersales Team
We are seeking customer-focused individuals to join us as Service Advisors. Your role will ensure customers' expectations are met, provide skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service, and handle various tasks such as bookings, scheduling, customer complaints, and sales advice.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact with service customers
* Take customer bookings and scheduling services and repairs
* Communicate customers' work and faults to vehicle technicians
* Handle customer complaints and advise on accessories and modifications
* Collate information for CSI and take orders from customers
* Maintain an ordered stock room and raise invoices
* Liaise with other staff members and advise on warranty claims and returns
Requirements
* Experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry
* Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
* Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed targets
* IT literacy and self-motivation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent numerical skills and full driving licence
