A Tier 1 main contractor is seeking a Finishing Foreperson to manage a large-scale build project in Cork, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage workflow of sub-contractors. Drive production outputs to meet agreed targets and programme schedules. Implement Health & Safety procedures and maintain compliance on site. Monitor sub-contractors performance against short- and long-term programmes. Contribute to delivering projects on time and within budget. Requirements Proven experience as a construction site finishing foreperson. Strong understanding of construction processes and site management. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong time management and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
