Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dublin for a Business Coach. The Business Coach will work closely with various entrepreneurs and business owners to provide customized coaching sessions, develop strategic business plans, and deliver training programs. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, identifying business challenges, creating actionable strategies, and conducting workshops to achieve operational and financial goals. The role also involves mentoring clients to enhance their leadership and performance, ensuring measurable growth in their businesses.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Business Coaching, Exceutive Coaching, and Consulting
* Experience in Business Planning and strategy formulation
* Strong expertise in delivering Training programs and workshops
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership communication skills
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and individuals
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
* Experience working with Irish businesses is an advantage
