Responsibilities
* Lead the full product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery and iteration.
* Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
* Conduct market and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and guide prioritisation.
* Champion the voice of the customer, especially MSPs and VARs, translating insights into actionable product requirements.
* Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-impact features on time.
* Monitor product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and usage data.
* Support go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption across customer segments.
* Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends and integrate emerging AI technologies into product workflows.
Qualifications
* 3+ years\' experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
* Experience working with or serving Managed Service Providers.
* Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles and market dynamics.
* Proven ability to lead with data-using analytics, experimentation, and customer insights to inform decisions.
* Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A collaborative mindset and comfort working in agile teams.
