- 2 days a week onsite in Dublin City Center.Role Purpose We are looking for a Project Manager to mobilise and lead projects from discovery to closure, assuring delivery of objectives and outcomes according to agreed scope, timeframe, and budget.A proactive, diligent, and focused approach is required to bring stakeholders together, managing all deliverables and milestones closely while escalating promptly if assistance or intervention is required.Essence of Role Key Accountabilities Impact on the business Ensure business objectives are achieved through proactive and diligent management of projects to successful conclusion, including delivering an excellent customer experience.Ensure business can plan with confidence on agreed project outcomes by ensuring accurate and timely communications on project status, challenges, risks, and issues.Develop strong close working relationships with the Business Owner, IT, and Change teams to effectively deliver to expectations Ensure project objectives are delivered within the CS PMO Delivery framework and within budget, timeline, and quality expectations.Project Management Responsible for the mobilisation, management, and delivery of company projects throughthe full lifecycle and following the CS PMO Delivery Framework Drive delivery of projects to ensure project objectives are achieved within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations, and through defined governance and any supporting gating processes Drive cross-functional planning across all parties involved in the project, ensuring all partiesare aligned with the overall project plan.Track and manage this alignment throughout the project lifecycle maintain the project plan Manage Change Control on projects, ensuring that implications of scope changes are understood and agreed, following formal Change Control and Governance processes Own project budget, understand initial budget baseline, and track actual costs, ensuring no project overruns.Ensure customer experience is considered, defined, and managed as a deliverable on projects.Ensure sign-off on project deliverables in accordance with the agreed project schedule.Ensure tasks are completed in accordance with the project schedule and proactively resolve any slippage in the plan.Agree on project organisation and ensure required resources are assigned in accordance with the project plan Fully understand and rigorously manage project risks and issues, driving successful mitigation, resolution, and escalation as required.Manage dependencies across all streams within the project, both business, change,e and IT, and across other projects in the portfolio, monitoring overall end state and project objectives Communication, Reporting, and Documentation Ensure consistent and rigorous documentation of all Project Deliverables and instigate version control where needed.Ensure official minutes and recording of decisions made are issued promptly to the Project Stakeholder group.Produce weekly status report to Project Team and wider Business Stakeholders timely, accurate, relevant, and concise Prepare the steering group materials and flag in a timely fashion any support or intervention required.
