Financial Services Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial data of clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process daily, weekly, and monthly financial transactions for a portfolio of clients.
* Prepare and submit tax returns and bank reconciliations in a timely manner.
* Utilize accounting software (Surf, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero) to input and manage financial data.
* Process payroll for clients using Thesaurus or BrightPay, including high-volume payrolls.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and filing deadlines.
Requirements:
* 3–5 years' experience in a financial services or accounting role within an accountancy or payroll practice.
* Advanced Excel capabilities and strong understanding of data analysis.
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet deadlines independently.
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and revenue compliance.
