Leadership Role for Project Executives
* Develop and execute project plans to meet high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.
* Lead teams and direct staff to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
* Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
* Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
* Deliver regular progress reports, analyzing results and identifying areas for improvement.
* Third-level Degree in a relevant field.
* At least five years of experience as a project manager or leader, preferably with large-scale refurbishment and fit-out projects.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks effectively.
