Job Description


As a senior sales executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success. You will be responsible for managing sales operations, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.



Key Responsibilities:



* Manage sales operations to meet or exceed sales targets

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals

* Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support





Required Skills and Qualifications



Sales Experience:



* A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in sales, preferably in a main franchise dealer environment





Personal Qualities:



* Target-driven and results-oriented

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

* Self-motivated, hard-working, and dedicated to achieving high standards and results
