Offer description

Madcraft is a global digital agency driving transformation and growth through web design, development, and performance marketing. We work with a wide range of clients across both B2B and B2C sectors, with a growing footprint in industries such as heavy machinery, construction, SaaS, professional services, and consumer brands.
With offices in Dublin (EMEA HQ), Austin (USA HQ), Philadelphia, and London, we bring a strategic, creative, and execution-focused mindset to everything we do and help brands grow in meaningful, measurable ways.
About the Role:
We're looking for a PPC Specialist to join our growing paid media team based in Ireland. This remote‑first role is ideal for someone with solid PPC experience who thrives on optimising campaigns, understands the nuances of B2B and B2C markets, and is comfortable collaborating across channels.
You will manage Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients, working closely with our Paid Social, SEO, and Email teams to ensure coordinated, multi‑channel strategy. You will be responsible for campaign strategy, optimisation, client communication, and performance delivery.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytical and strategic, proactive in testing new approaches, and confident in explaining campaign performance and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement PPC strategies across client accounts using Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
Manage campaign setup, optimisation, and ongoing performance monitoring across search and display channels
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and bid decisions
Create and refine ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve quality scores and ROI
Monitor budgets, track spend, and ensure campaigns deliver against agreed KPIs and client goals
Analyse campaign performance data and generate insights using GA4, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and reporting dashboards
Identify optimisation opportunities and implement testing strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce cost‑per‑acquisition
Collaborate with Paid Social, SEO, and Email teams to coordinate messaging and ensure omnichannel alignment
Communicate campaign updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to clients on a regular basis
Maintain detailed campaign documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice development

What We're Looking For:

4–5 years of hands‑on PPC experience, ideally in an agency or multi‑client environment
Demonstrable track record of managing and optimising Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns
Deep understanding of PPC fundamentals, including keyword strategy, bidding, quality scores, and conversion tracking
Proficiency with PPC and analytics platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Google Search Console)
Experience conducting competitive analysis and using market research to inform strategy
Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C campaign dynamics and audience behaviour
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain PPC concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
Proactive, results‑focused, and eager to stay ahead of industry developments
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and time zones
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Candidates must be eligible to work full‑time within the European Economic Area (EEA)

Success in This Role Looks Like:

Consistent improvement in campaign performance metrics, including click‑through rates, conversion rates, and ROAS/CPL.
Delivery of campaigns that meet or exceed client KPIs and budget targets
Effective management of multiple client accounts with minimal supervision
Clear, proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders
Identification and implementation of optimisation opportunities that drive measurable results
Strong collaboration with paid media and channel teams to achieve a unified strategy
High‑quality campaign documentation and knowledge sharing with the wider team

The Perks of Working With Us

Remote‑first role (Ireland‑based)
Full Apple work‑from‑home kit
Monthly team meetups
Work with global brands across fast‑growing industries
Friendly, collaborative team culture
Ongoing learning with a multidisciplinary performance and development team
