We're on the lookout for a talented individual to manage, maintain and optimise our database systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, configure and maintain DBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, My SQL, Postgre SQl)
2. Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues
3. Implement performance tuning measures
4. E nsure data integrity and security through backups and disaster recovery strategies
5. Collaborate with development teams on database schema and query optimisation
6. Maintain documentation of configurations and best practises
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of DBMS and proficiency in SQL. /ul
