Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as a Clinical Nurse Manager located in Cork. The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating patient care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures.
Hours can be discussed at Interview and would be a floor based and admin role.
Qualifications
* Clinical Nursing Management, Patient Care, and Staff Management skills
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies
* Experience in developing and implementing nursing procedures
* Strong leadership and communication skills
