In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with a pioneering Irish organization in their mission to revolutionize education through innovative solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and document business requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather, document, and ensure the successful delivery of business requirements.
* Oversee day-to-day delivery for a product-focused team, ensuring scope and technical requirements for sprints are understood and implemented.
* Collaborate with the product team (Product Manager, UX/UI Designer, software developers) and other business units to leverage technology effectively.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' practical experience in a Business Analysis role in a digital environment.
* Experience using Azure DevOps (or similar, such as Jira).
* Strong data skills and preferably a certification in Agile Product Ownership, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
* A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to empathise with customers.
* Self-motivation, commitment, and the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
* Curiosity and a hunger to learn and implement new technologies.
* Understanding of machine learning and AI basics.
