Role Overview
This role is a Development Partner for Retail, serving as the primary People Development contact for the Retail channel in Ireland. You will be responsible for delivering People Development initiatives that support business goals by partnering with key stakeholders to understand and meet their development needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, design, develop, and manage a broad range of People Development initiatives to enable business outcomes.
* Create diverse learning programs using various tools and platforms.
* Provide proactive support and expertise to leaders and teams, developing complex programs as needed.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of development initiatives aligned with business strategies.
* Develop, implement, and monitor People Development initiatives across channels.
* Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the impact of development interventions and drive improvements.
* Identify opportunities to influence organizational goals through development initiatives.
* Research external best practices and introduce innovative learning approaches.
* Manage end-to-end delivery of programs and projects, working closely with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills including networking, negotiation, influencing, and communication.
* Ability to engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
* Proven track record in delivering impactful People Development programs.
* Experience in project managing and implementing People Development initiatives using structured methodologies.
* Personal commitment to continuous development and learning.
* Understanding of market trends and new opportunities in People Development.
