Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Moycullen Nursing Home.
As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, the successful candidate will work closely with nursing staff to deliver high-quality person-centred care to our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
* SUPPORTING NURSING STAFF: Providing assistance to nursing staff in delivering quality care to meet the needs of residents
* GETTING TO KNOW RESIDENTS: Developing relationships with residents by getting to know their interests and needs, providing attention, support and companionship as required
* PROMOTING MOBILITY AND HYGIENE: Promoting mobility among residents by supervising and assisting as necessary; also ensuring that personal appearance and hygiene needs are met
